ABOUT GLITTERING LIGHTS LAS VEGAS
Glittering Lights at Las Vegas Motor Speedway is a drive-thru light show. It is Nevada’s largest holiday drive-thru show and a Nevada holiday tradition for more than 20 years. Enjoy more than five million lights along a 2.5-mile course.
Driving through Glittering Lights at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway takes approximately 40 minutes on average.

Getting There
To get to Glittering Lights at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, DO NOT USE GPS. Instead, take the 1-15 North. Exit 54 (Speedway Blvd.), turn right. Stay on Speedway Blvd for approximately ½ mile. Merge to the FAR RIGHT LANE. Follow signs to Santa Tram entry.

What is the Drive-Thru VS. Santa Tram?
To see the Glittering Lights, you have the option to ride your own vehicle or to ride the Santa Tram. Tickets are per vehicle not per person so you can load as many in your vehicle while the Santa Tram tickets are priced per person. It drives through the same route as self-drive.
How to ride the Santa Tram?
The outdoor boarding area for the Santa Tram features festive decor, fun games, and plenty of family photo selfie opportunities and Santa. Children 2 years of age and younger are free as long as they ride on a lap. Riders should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to boarding time to fully enjoy the festivities.
Is there food available at Glittering Lights?
Concessions will be available on-site. You will drive your vehicle right past the concession area where a Boy Scout will take your order, should you choose to purchase, and deliver treats right at your vehicle – so you don’t leave your vehicle. Cocoa, water, kettle and butter corn are some of the items available. Some tickets already include treats so check before you order additional.
Is there a FastPass?
This premium experience dashes your sleigh to bypass the line during rush times. Fast Pass is $64 per vehicle and offered on select, peak nights. Dash to the front of the line and drive-thru millions of dazzling lights! The fastest entry into Glittering Lights is the premium FAST PASS, powered by Diamondback Land Surveying, to bypass rush time for less waiting. To guarantee a spot, pre-purchase online. A limited number of tickets may be available on-site but based on availability.
Pets, fireworks, and restrooms on-site?
- Pets are allowed in your vehicle.
- Glittering Lights fireworks show is available on New Year’s Eve at 9 PM.
- A few speedway restrooms will be open to the public near the entry, however, there are no restrooms inside Glittering Lights, so go before you drive through.
