It’s been like 2 weeks since the first ever Hello Kitty Con concluded in LA but the fascination has not died down. I still regret not buying tickets for all the days the Hello Kitty Con was running for and that I didn’t purchase enough Hello Kitty merchandise. Check the pictures from the Super Supermarket below:
When I say the fascination hasn’t died down, I mean it. I’m still trying to keep the Hello Kitty Con apple I got from the preview night, while someone I know is on a bidding war on Ebay for over a week now trying to purchase all the Hello Kitty Con exclusive merchandise there is.
Thanks to social media as well, we continue to enjoy how other countries in Asia are celebrating Hello Kitty’s 40th Anniversary. Including the Hello Kitty Fun Run in Singapore and the Hello Kitty Go Around carnival in Hong Kong.
If you didn’t get to go to the Hello Kitty Con. Super Supermarket is where exclusive and limited edition products, gifts and goodies from special Sanrio partners and collaborators were shown and were being sold
Here are the companies who collaborated with Sanrio for Hello Kitty’s 40th Anniversary that were exhibited at the Hello Kitty Con 2014:
Beats by Dr. Dre®, BedHead Pajamas, Bergsala Lightweight, Blip Toys, Cartwheel Kids, Chan Luu, Dylan’s Candy Bar, Evy of California, General Mills, Horizon Group USA, Jada Toys, Japan LA, Ju-Ju-Be, Loungefly, MakerBot, Mega Bloks, Mighty Fine, Major League Baseball®, MMA Sports, MOCA, Party City, Perfect Square, Plasticolor Chroma, Poketo, Sanrio Signing Booth, Sephora, SPAM® Brand, Ty, Hello Kitty® Visa®, and Upper Deck.
I love all the products, and if I can turn back time. I would have bought them all with a truck waiting for me outside, LOL.
