Mmmm… Sweet potato! I love anthing sweet potato. I’ve had my fair share of sweet potato fries and sweet potato tater tots. And this time, I’m glued to my sweet potato chips from Food Should Taste Good Brand. It’s Kettle Cooked and not oily at all. Crispy yummy goodness.
I stumbled upon the Food Should Taste Good Brand of chips during the Hermosa Beach Fiesta. They were giving away chips at the fair. I usually go through everything when eating anything. The taste, the presentation, the packaging, etc. A combination of growing up in the family’s food business and being a designer made me curious to what this brand has to offer:
It’s certified gluten free, certified vegan, low in sodium, certified kosher, cholesterol free, it has no MSG(so important), no trans fat, no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. It’s a good source of fiber and an excellent source of whole grains. It’s all natural that it expires not a year from now.. But just few months from now. Wow. It’s this wholesome?
My family has been trying to go the healthier route. Reading every food label there is, changing to organic fruits and vegetables, juicing and more. But I can’t shun away from my salty chip craving every now and then. So good thing I found this brand. I’ve finally forgotten about Cheetos and all the orange colored flavoring that came with it.
Base on what I’ve tried so far, my two favorites from the Food Should Taste Good Brand are the Original Sweet Potato Kettle Cooked and Blue Corn Tortilla Chips. My daughter loves the Sweet Potato Tortilla Chips. And the hubby favors the Multigrain Tortilla Chips. There’s a flavor for everybody. We can each have our own flavor, now if only we can each have our own remote control. Haha.
I will try the Salt & Vinegar Sweet Potato Chips and the Kimchi Tortilla Chips next.
Disclosure: this is not a sponsored post, I received a few flavors for free for review purposes.
