I’ve always been curious about the process of using liquid nitrogen to make ice cream. Gotta admit, my foodie self watches a lot of Food Network shows and Top Chef as well, and I saw them used liquid notrogen to make their ice cream from scratch faster.
- Pick your Size & Base-You can choose between Premium base or Organic. They even have non-dairy choices, like sorbet and Dole Pineapple(any Dole Whip Fans out there?)
- Choose from various ice cream flavors. Does tiramisu sound good or churro?
- Choose you ice cream topping. You can even blend it with your ice cream.
The ice cream we ordered were delicious, really creamy, there’s a flavor for every taste bud and the toppings were generous. And to see them make it with all the fog coming out of it, was a really neat experience, especially when you have kids like us.
