Disney on Ice Let’s Celebrate Show Review at the Long Beach Arena

We surprised our daughters by taking them to the Disney on Ice “Let’s Celebrate” show last night. As we were driving to the Long Beach arena. My daughter saw the arena with the big whale murals on it and said she’s been there with her cousin. She begged us to go back to see Disney on Ice that when we pulled into the parking, she was all surprised!

If you wanna surprise your little princess or lil prince, take them to Disney on Ice. The show will still be running this weekend in Long Beach.

We got to see various celebrations, holidays and festivals from around the globe set to a blend of contemporary music and favorite Disney songs including the song “That’s how you know” from the movie “Enchanted”.

You’ll also get to see the Disney Villains during the Halloween Haunt scene which is very new to me, as we’ve seen over 5 Disney on Ice productions and it’s only now that all villains had their part.

Other scenes from the Disney on Ice Let’s Celebrate show includes the Very Merry Unbirthday Party with Alice and the Mad Hatter; Mardi Gras with Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen; a Hawaiian luau with Lilo & Stitch; a winter wonderland with Woody, Jessie and Buzz Lightyear; traveling to far-off exotic places including China for the Chinese New Year, Brazil for Carnival and Japan for the beautiful Cherry Blossom festival Sakura.

But my favorite part is the Valentine’s Day Royal Ball with the Disney Princesses. I love watching the Disney Princesses ice skate with their prince. I still haven’t decided which one is my favorite couple. I also have to honestly say the first part of the show got a little slow. But once the Disney Princesses came out, that all change, and the whole arena was energized.

The show made me really excited to see Disney on Ice Frozen which is coming to Los Angeles by the end of this year. Will let you guys know when that is in town.

Don’t forget to purchase some Disney on Ice merchandise while you’re at the event. They are really cute. We got this Tinkerbell Sno-cone yesterday. Cash/Credit/Debit accepted. There’s also other activities like face painting available for additional fee.
