Now is the best time to visit Knott’s Berry Farm. Not only will you get to have fun. You’ll also be able to help the Susan G. Comen Orange County as both have partnered up for the second year to raise funds for the foundation. Right now until March 31st, proceeds of your “pink ticket” and pink merchandise will go to the foundation to help with mammogram testings and research.
We attended the Knott’s for the Cure Press Conference Breakfast yesterday where our fellow blogger Jamie Jenkins was being honored. She’s currently fighting breast cancer yet remains positive and strong. She’s very admirable and you’ll be amazed at how much this woman glows. We(her fellow bloggers) want her to know, we are here to support her and pray for her.
Jamie and other cancer survivors like her also went on the Jaguar roller coaster after breakfast.
We all have someone close to us who is or has gone through breast cancer, so I implore you to visit the theme park one of these days to help in saving lives.
Visit Knott’s Berry Farm’s Website to purchase your pink tickets. $39 for adults, $35 for jr. and sr. Rides will light up in pink at night in support to the event.
disclosure: this is not a sponsored post. We were invited to the event.
