I was surprise when I got an e-mail from BzzAgent to review a campaign. I signed up back in October of 2012 to be a BzzAgent and got my first campaign in January 2013 and another one in February. I accepted the second campaign which is for Post Sesame Street Cereals.
After a week, my hubby told me I got a package. I thought he ordered a gift for me(haha). Then I saw the BzzAgent logo and I got even more giddy. My daughter was excited too. She thinks everything in a box means it’s a gift for her, or a present as she calls it.
We opened the box and it contained a full size Elmo Apple flavor cereal, a full size Cookie Monster Banana flavor cereal & coupons to share.
My daughter wanted to open the Elmo cereal immediately. She started snacking on it, she eats her cereal by itself. She never learned eating it with milk. I tried it myself and was surprise that it tasted like there’s no sugar at all. I check the box and it only has 1 gram of sugar per serving yet gives your toddler 2/3 of the needed amount of whole grains.
I kept the cereal after she finish snacking so we can bring it to our Moms club playdate for the other moms and their kids to try it. It was an instant hit. Just seeing Elmo on the box alone gets all the kids attention.
We then brought the Cookie Monster Banana flavor to Our Moms Club General meeting the following week so I can share the $1 off coupons and have the moms and their kids try the cereal while I discuss the cereal to them. We took home what’s left of it for my daughter to snack on the next day. I myself prefer the taste of the Banana flavor.
Thanks to BzzAgent and Post Cereal for letting us try this new cereal. unfortunately though, when we tried to purchase them at the supermarket yesterday, I couldn’t find the cereal boxes. I guess it’s so new that it’s not in the stores yet. Am looking to getting more campaigns.
Disclaimer: I got the cereal for free as a Bzz Agent. This review is not a compensated post and all opinions are my own.
