I’ve been meaning to go to Rubio’s for 2-3 weeks now. Except we always think, what will the kids eat there, they are not into Mexican food (unfortunately)? But today I really wanted to have some chicken tortilla soup and since big sis’ is in school and the lil’ one has eaten her lunch already. I figured, it’s ok to go to Rubio’s.
- Rubio’s Langostino Lobster Burrito – Langostino drizzled in basil butter sauce, wrapped in a warm flour tortilla. Handmade guacamole, citrus rice, black beans and a creamy chipotle sauce are included.
- Rubio’s Surf & Turf Two Taco Plate – A Langostino Lobster taco topped with slices of fresh avocado, cabbage, cilantro and onion, and paired with a Grilled Gourmet Taco™ with Steak.
- Rubio’s Langostino Lobster Enchilada – Two enchiladas with buttery Langostino Lobster, a melted three cheese blend and topped with verde sauce, avocado slices, salsa fresca and a creamy chipotle sauce.
I was surprised to see that they have chicken bites on the kids menu though, so now we can go eat there with the kids. I honestly thought I’ve been to Rubio’s, but after eating what I had today plus the nice interior of the Rubio’s location I went too, it’s like being in a new restaurant for the first time.
