Fall weather is upon us. I like to keep my toddler home when it’s cold outside. But when cabin fever hits.. for both of us. Indoor playground works best. And Silly Goose Playground in Lomita is a really fun place for her and me.
The place is clean with lots of things to do and is open, so she can play and I can sit or chat with other moms while still watching her. I do help her with climbing the slide structure though, worried she might slip with her socks on(a requirement for everyone entering).
They have a climb/crawl/slide structure. An area with small toys and puzzles. A toy train track. Scooters. A toy kitchen area. A padded infant area. Cushioned reading area. Bowling toys. And costumes too.
It’s great for playdates as well as parties in the weekends. It’s typically $8 for the kids to enter. Free for the moms. But we got a discount and just paid $5 since we are a big group of Moms Club on a playdate.
$8 and you can play all day. You can bring your lunch in though as they have an area with lots of tables and chairs that is use during the weekends for private parties. We stayed for over two hours til it’s time to eat lunch. My toddler had a really good nap at home after this.
