Are you into cars? Yes? Then this blog post is for you. We recently went to the Toyota Museum to check out all the cars on display in their exhibit. The Toyota Museum is located at the back of the Toyota USA Headquarters in Torrance, CA.
Toyota’s U.S. history spans more than 55 years. To honor that journey, they have created a showcase of their most memorable automobiles. There’s vintage cars, sports cars, racing cars and more.
The vintage vehicles housed in the museum trace Toyota’s amazing impact on America, starting as an unknown company in 1957 to becoming one of today’s leading automakers.
I’ve never really been up close to racing cars. So coming here for it makes the drive worth it.
You can schedule an appointment for a self guided tour of the museum. The tour will only take about 15 minutes, but with lots of photo ops for the car enthusiasts. And I’m not just talking about guys who frequent car exhibits(my brothers). It’s also for kids who developed a liking for cars early on because of the Disney movie Cars… like my daughter who watch Disney’s Cars everyday for a good whole month.
You need to call ahead to schedule a tour before going to the Toyota Museum inspite the fact that it never really gets pack. There’s only us and another group when we were there.

So what do you think, is it drool worthy? I mean is it tour worthy? Lol. I would recommend going to the Western Museum of Flight while you’re in Torrance to get a chance to sit on a fighterjet. Enjoy.
