SCHLITTERBAHN GALVESTON TICKETS (REGULAR PRICE)
To be able to compare prices, here are the 2025 Schlitterbahn Galveston ticket prices if you buy directly from the waterpark, either online or at the gate. Ticket prices are on the higher end during the weekends and at the peak of summer vacation.
- Gate Prices: $80 for anyone ages 3 and up.
- Online Price: Dated tickets cost $49 to $59 while Any Day Ticket costs $65. 2-Day tickets cost $80. Plus, taxes and a $6.99 processing fee.
- Kids – Kids ages 2 and under are admitted for free.

2. Military & First Responder Discount
Military & First Responder discount to Schlitterbahn Waterpark is available to Active & Retired Military and First Responders.
- Single-Day Admission – Ticket prices start at $35 for a single-day admission, price varies by day of visit. You can purchase up to 6 tickets for family and friends.
- Season Pass – 2025 Military & First Responder Texas 2 Splash Season Pass is only $99 and provides unlimited visits to both Schlitterbahn New Braunfels and Galveston, plus free general parking.
Military tickets are available online through the waterpark’s website. Valid US military credentials must be shown at turnstiles along with a Military ticket for admission to the park.
4. Group Discount
Schlitterbahn offers discounts for groups of 15 or more. Tickets start at $37 per person, plus taxes and applicable fees. You may buy them online in advance via the park’s website. Price varies by day of visit.
5. Season Pass
If you are planning to visit the waterpark multiple times a year, I would recommend getting the Schlitterbahn Season Pass 2025. They come with many benefits including unlimited visits and free general parking.

6. Bring-A-Friend Tickets
Season Passholders can also save on admission tickets for their friends. Tickets start at $29 plus taxes and fees. All Bring-A-Friend tickets must have a current 2025 Season Passholder with them on the day of your visit. Up to 6 tickets per Passholder. Not valid for separately ticketed events, concerts or park buyouts.
Father’s Day Bring-A-Friend tickets start at $19.99. Passholders may purchase up to 6 tickets. The offer will end on June 15, 2025.
7. AAA Tickets
If you’re an AutoClub Member, check your local AAA branch to buy Schlitterbahn AAA tickets.
8. Sam’s Club
Sam’s Club members can save on attraction tickets, check your local store or online to find deals on Schlitterbahn Galveston tickets.
9. Coupons
Most theme parks and water parks offer coupons to save. Check with your local Texas fast food like Pizza Hut, Sonic, Taco Bell, KFC, etc. for Schlitterbahn coupons.
EXPIRED DEALS:
- Off-Peak Hours – Schlitterbahn discount tickets after 3 PM used to be available and can be bought at the front gate but they are no longer available.
- Simon Malls – In previous years, local Texas Simon Malls offered Summer Fun Packs to Schlitterbahn. The Summer Fun Packs included 2 tickets to Schlitterbahn and a $20 Simon Gift Card for only $85.
- H-E-B Stores – Tickets used to be available at H-E-B stores, we called Schlitterbahn and they said H-E-B no longer carry their tickets.
OTHER WAYS TO SAVE:
Pogo Pass – The South Central Texas Pogo Pass provides both adults and kids admission to 50+ of the best things to do in the San Antonio, Austin, and Waco areas. It does not include Schlitterbahn but you can visit zoos, waterparks, Wonder World, mini-golf, Thinkery Museum, aquariums, play bowling, and more.
WHAT TO BRING TO THE WATERPARK:
Coolers – Coolers are allowed at Schlitterbahn. Guests may bring coolers that are smaller than 26” L x 16” W x 16” D. Glass and alcohol are prohibited. Coolers are subject to search prior to entry.
Water Shoes – Swim shoes are encouraged, but you may need to remove and hold them on certain attractions.
Sunscreen – Don’t forget to re-apple throughout the day.
Beach Towel – The waterpark does not provide towels so save money and bring your own versus getting them from the gift shop unless you want a souvenir of course.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:
- Life jackets are complimentary and are available to any guest wishing to use one. Children, first-time swimmers, and weaker swimmers are encouraged to wear a life jacket.
- Various locker sizes are available for all of your personal belongings. Locker rentals are automated and can be paid using debit cards or credit cards
- A limited number of exclusive cabanas are available each day and often sell out.
- Fast Lane is available starting at $30 so you can spend less time in line.
