In honor of Veterans Day, Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is thanking veterans, active duty, retired, and reserve military for their service to the United States. These military heroes will receive complimentary admission November 6 – 13, 2023 for themselves and 50% off for four (4) family members.

To avail of Kennedy Space Center Veterans Days offer, U.S. service members (veterans, active duty, retired, and reserve) can purchase tickets on-site at the ticket booths during the Veterans Day promotion period. Those participating must verify their status in-person with active duty military ID, retired military ID, a valid driver’s license with veteran classification, or DD214 documentation.


7. Kennedy Space Center Senior Discount

Kennedy Space Center Senior Discount is available for seniors age 55+ to buy a 1-day or 2-day admission ticket at the ticket kiosk or at will call upon arrival at Kennedy Space Center.

Senior Discount ticket prices are $70 for a 1-day admission ticket and $84 for a 2-day admission ticket. Ticket deal #1 is still cheaper than this senior discount offer.


8. Kennedy Space Center Group Discount

Youth Groups – Youth/student group discounts are offered to domestic groups of 15 or more, between the grades of K-12. Call for international group rates and information.

College Groups – College students may receive the youth rate if they have a minimum of 15 students in their group. The group must submit a letter on the college letterhead stating the group is visiting for educational purposes. This letter must be signed by the dean of the college of study.

Adult Groups – Adult groups must have a minimum of 15 attendees to receive the group rate to Kennedy Space Center. Should the group be traveling with 50 or more, an additional discount will be offered.

Senior Groups – Seniors in groups of 15 or more will receive a discount off of admission to Kennedy Space Center as well.


9. University of Central Florida Discount for Students, Faculty, and Staff

11. Kennedy Space Center Teacher Discount

The Kennedy Space Center Educator Study Pass offers K – 12 teachers throughout the United States of America, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands complimentary access to the visitor complex. To receive the Educator Study Pass, active teachers are required to bring one of the following items* to Will Call, located at the entrance of the visitor complex.

  • An active teaching certificate from the United States, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands
  • A badge with a photo that shows the title Teacher or Educator for Kindergarten – Grade 12
  • Letter on school letterhead, dated and signed by the principal listing the name(s) of the teachers, stating they are an educator at the school.

12. Kennedy Space Center Brevard County Resident Discount

During Salute to Brevard, Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex welcomes Brevard County residents with discounted admission. Daily admission costs only $19 for adults and $14 for children ages 3-11 (plus tax) with proof of residency.

As part of the initiative, all visitor complex guests are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items and hygiene products to donate to Brevard County Sharing Centers.

In order to receive this discount, please remember to bring your driver’s license or utility bill from Brevard County. Tickets must be purchased at the visitor complex ticket plaza on the date of entry. Only the purchaser needs to be a Brevard County resident, and the discount can be shared with up to 6 people per party. 

To receive the discounted admission, you must purchase your tickets on-site at the visitor complex’s Will Call.  Remember, the discount is only valid for specific dates sometime in October, we will update this post once Kennedy Space Center releases its 2024 Salute to Brevard dates.

In order to claim the Junior Space Explorer Pass, you will need to register online, by February 21, 2024. Bring a copy of the confirmation email, along with the child’s birth certificate or other age-identifying document to Will Call or the Information building at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex by December 31, 2024 to redeem their 2024 Junior Space Explorer Pass. You must also bring another document or ID to identify that you, the purchaser, are a Florida resident.

Once redeemed, the Junior Space Explorer Pass can be used through December 31, 2024.


17. Kennedy Space Center Florida Resident Discount 2023 (Offer Expired)

Kennedy Space Center is offering a Buy One Get One offer to Florida residents this 2023. Residents can visit two times for the price of 1-day admission now through August 31, 2023, when they buy a one-day ticket and get a second day free.

Kennedy Space Center discount tickets for Florida residents are available for only $75 for an adult ticket and $65 for a child ticket. Tickets must be purchased online (KSC website) by August 30 and both admission tickets need to be redeemed by August 31. Florida residents will need to show proof of Florida residency upon arrival.

18. Kennedy Space Center Free Admission for Kids (September 2023 – Offer Expired)

Kennedy Space Center is open daily from 9 AM to 5 Pm except it is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas day.

Parking

Kennedy Space Center parking rate is $10 for cars, $5 for motorcycles, and $15 for oversized vehicles, motor homes, or RVs. Parking fees are collected at the entrance to the lot. Parking for visitors with disabilities is available in Lot 2 with a valid parking permit. Rideshare and taxi drop-offs and pick-ups in Lot 4 are permitted with proof of fare. Annual pass holders receive complimentary parking with a valid pass. Multiday ticket holders also receive one complimentary parking voucher. Parking is accessible 30 minutes before the complex opening.
