What a crazy back to school week it has been. Having a kindergarten who needs to be pick up at the toddler’s naptime gave me very little downtime and is running around from one errand to another.

I actually got very hungry yesterday while waiting for pick up time at school. A 5 minute wait when you’re hungry seems like forever. Luckily when I went through my purse, I still had one more SNICKERS® bar to keep my hunger pangs at bay. And the idea came about to make this Paint Bucket Gift filled with SNICKERS® for my mommy friends as I stood there with other moms waiting for their kids.

I happen to always buy chocolates, especially SNICKERS® to put on my purse and on my desk, they’re also at the very top of our pantry.. shhhh. It’s also the hubby’s favorite. What’s not to love? The combination of roasted peanuts, nougat, caramel and milk chocolate for some reason really works.

If you need a good deal on SNICKERS® get them at Walmart. I bought 4 packs last week and it’s such a bargain.

SNICKERS® keeps me company when I’m working on my blog as well. The creative process makes me really hungry. And when I’m hungry I can’t think straight. Nothing comes out. But I need it all the more when I’m in the car or at the Doctors’ office, coz’ they never stay on schedule. Don’t you agree?

All the driving around made me missed my mommy friends yesterday, I know they’re also on the road somewhere. So I figured I’d bring them this SNICKERS® bucket next week. This bucket of SNICKERS® can accompany them when they get hungry, whether during rush hour in the car or doing homework with the kids.

MATERIALS NEEDED FOR YOUR PAINT BUCKET GIFT:

• Raffia(Optional)
• Clothes Pin
• SNICKERS®(from Walmart)

Open the lid, put raffia on the bottom, fill the sides with SNICKERS®. The outside can be lined with 7, then 3 inside, for a total of 10. Less if you want it not so pack. Then cutout the free printable paint brush gift tag I’ve provided below so you can pin it to the bucket handle.

It’s easy to make yet looks fun and of course very filling for those times when you’re hungry!! Give them away to friends or anyone you don’t wanna see when they’re “hangry”(hungry and angry). LOL!
