Knott’s Berry Farm has kicked off Seasons of Fun with the Knott’s PEANUTS™ Celebration starting last Saturday, January 28. Knott’s Peanuts Celebration is a unique family event dedicated to celebrating the beloved PEANUTS characters. It will be available until February 26, 2023. At the Knott’s Peanuts Celebration, Knott’s Berry Farm guests can step inside the pages of a Charles M. Schulz comic strip as the PEANUTS characters take over the entire park. Check out all the shows, activities, and food that are available during the celebration.
KNOTT’S PEANUTS CELEBRATION ENTERTAINMENT LIST 2023:

1. Snoopy’s Legendary Rooftop Music Festival
The Peanuts Gang has teamed up with the family-friendly indie band, The Jelly of the Month Club for a high-energy spectacle. Performing on select dates at Calico Mine Stage.
2. To The Moon: Snoopy Soars with NASA
Check out this fun exhibit featuring Snoopy and his long relationship with NASA. Plus, meet Snoopy for pictures. Available at Town Hall.
3. Charlie Brown’s Trivia Challenge
How well do you know the Peanuts Gang? Join the fun-filled trivia game for fun questions and eye-popping visual challenges. Available on select dates at Bird Cage Theater.
Try to arrive a little early for any show or activity. We weren’t able to get into the Bird Cage Theater for the trivia challenge coz’ we rode the Calico Mine ride and we got to the theater at exactly the start of the show and it was already at capacity.
4. It’s Your Life, Charlie Brown
Charlie Brown gets the surprise of his life in the game show “It’s Your Life!” There are music, fun, and surprise guests, including Snoopy! Available on select days at Calico Mine Stage.
Anyone will enjoy this show, young and old. It’s quite funny and entertaining. You can also bring your food as there are picnic tables right in front of the stage, just make sure to arrive earlier than show time to secure a spot. Young kids can also sit in front of the stage.
5. The Music Goes ‘Round and Around
Perfect for the little ones – During the day, Sally and Schroeder will host a retrospective of melodies in The Music Goes ‘Round and Around, where they’ll have the audience dancing in the aisles. Available at Camp Snoopy Theatre.

6. Peanuts Sketch School
The PEANUTS-inspired festivities will continue at the Bird Cage Theatre as the park offers an experience for every age a lesson on how to draw their favorite PEANUTS characters. The PEANUTS Sketch School will include Knott’s resident art teacher, who will provide step-by-step instructions on creating the perfect PEANUTS masterpiece. Available on select dates at Bird Cage Theater.
This was my favorite activity during our visit to Knott’s Peanuts Celebration, oh wait, 2nd favorite activity, eating was first!
7. Beagle Bonanza
At Camp Snoopy, families can ho aboard the Grand Sierra Railroad to experience a one-of-a-kind adventure as riders travel with the PEANUTS Gang to the Beagle Bonanza in this fun ride overlay.
8. Pigpen’s Pig Pen
Stop by the Livery Stable, whee everyone’s favorite messy pal, Pigpen, will be joining the rest of the PEANUTS Gang as he hosts a special meetup with some of his favorite animal friends.
Before or after taking pictures with Pigpen, check out his barnyard friends – cute little piggies and more.
9. PEANUTS Cowboy Jamboree
Franklin and Linus are on a Western escapade as they transform into cowboys in the PEANUTS Cowboy Jamboree at Calico Park. The boys are looking to challenge guests with some of the rootiniest, tootinest games in Calico.
They do different games throughout the schedule but when we went it was egg in a spoon game.
10. The James Street Trio
Grab a seat (an a plate) at Boardwalk BBQ as the smooth sounds of the James Street Trio will transport you to the hometown of the PEANUTS Gand with the music of Vince Guaraldi. Available on select dates.

During our visit, big sis tried the pepperoni tater totes from Calico Tater Bites. We brought it to Grizzly Creek Lodge where we ordered chipotle chicken toastie with tomatoes for little sis, corn & bacon pizza for me, and hubby got the salad and cheese pizza.
In the afternoon, I went around Knott’s to take more pictures and videos while the kids and hubby stayed behind at Camp Snoopy to ride more rides.
I got back to Camp Snoopy later on with a plate of Berry French Toast Funnel Cake with Soft-Serve Ice Cream from Ghost Town Grub and it was really good.
I recommend visiting Ghost Town Bakery before leaving the park. What to order? That’s the hard part. Everything looked delicious. There’s a giant pecan sticky bun, boysenberry cream cheese muffin, boysenberry sugar cookie, snickerdoodle cookie, cherry pie, boysenberry macaron, peach cobbler hand pie, boysenberry cheesecake, boysenberry fruit tart, wild blueberry bavarian tart, and more.
