Pumpkin Patches in Los Angeles typically open by October 1st but some are already open by mid-September. Some LA pumpkin patches are open all week while others are only open during the weekends. Known as the celebrity haunt, Mr. Bones is where most of the celebrity kids go for pumpkin patch yearly. Check out this fun pumpkin patch in LA starting October 5. There is an admission fee and some activities are extra.
Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch activities include a pumpkin village, tipi village, slides, giant rocking horses, straw maze, petting zoo, pumpkin decorating, bounce houses, face painting, and more.
Prices are dependent on the date and time you plan to come. Admissions start at $8 for weekdays and go up to $25 at our peak times.

Shawn’s Pumpkin Patch

Shawn’s Pumpkin Patch will open on October 5, 2024. Head there for the “country” feel in the middle of the city to enjoy lots of straw bales, corn stalks, pumpkins, gourds, and more. Cal Poly Pumpkin Festival 2024

Cal Poly Pomona Pumpkin Festival 2024 will run from September 28 to October 27. It is one of the biggest pumpkin patches in LA. Tickets are on sale now. Many activities only require general admission to enjoy while other attractions require either individual tickets or the activity wristband. Check the 2024 Cal Poly Pumpkin Festival Activities offered:
- The Huge Pumpkin Patch will include medium to large pumpkins for purchase surrounded by plenty of photo ops.
- The Marketplace: Handmade, artisan, and craft vendors; dessert and snack vendors.
- Ag Demo Zone: Featuring agricultural-themed demonstrations and displays including tractors; make and take worm farm; amazing weaving demonstrations; beekeeping; and Cucamonga John’s Gadgetorium.
- NEW! Pumpkin Land: A wonderful and colorful area filled with an amazing variety of pumpkins and gourds making beautiful creations.
- Cal Poly Pomona Farm Stand: A good old-fashioned farm stand featuring unusual pumpkins, fall decorations, honey, pumpkin bread, and other goodies.
- Kid’s Pumpkin Patch: A fun and colorful space for little ones to find the perfectly sized pumpkin and lots of photo ops.

The Hay Wagon Rides close earlier than other activities, so plan accordingly.
- Farm Store at Kellogg Ranch: The Cal Poly Pomona Farm Store sells a selection of the freshest produce and fruit straight off the university farm. Tina’s Pumpkin Patch at Westfield Fashion Square in Sherman Oaks will open on October 2 to 31 & November 2 to 3 and admission and parking are free. The petting zoo is open daily for $4 and pony rides are available after 2 PM on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and all-day Fridays to Sundays for $8 per ride. The train ride, bouncer, slide, and obstacle course are each $4 while the straw maze is free.
PUMPKIN PATCH MISSION HILLS
Forneris Farms Pumpkin Patch

Forneris Farms Pumpkin Patch will open on October 5 to November 3, 2024. There is a $5 entry fee per person for the pumpkin patch. Corn Maze and other activities are for an additional fee.
There is a $5 per person ENTRY FEE for the Pumpkin Patch. Cash only. Under age 2 is free with paid adult. Entry fee can be redeemed towards the purchase of a $10 or more pumpkin from the Pumpkin Patch area. One discount per person, per orange pumpkin, on the day of your visit only.
Pumpkin Patch and Farm Market are open daily 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Tanaka Farms Pumpkin Patch 2024

The 2024 Tanaka Farms Pumpkin Patch will open on September 14 through October 31st. Tanaka Farms is one of the only farms with a REAL pumpkin patch where you can pick your own pumpkin right off the vine. Families can enjoy lots of activities, wagon rides, arts and crafts activities, and more.
Monday – Thursday, and Friday mornings: Activities include the Wagon Rides, Barnyard Educational Exhibit, U-Pick Veggie Patch, Corn Maze, & U-Pick Pumpkin Fields. All other activities are closed during the week.
The Fall Harvest Festival on Friday, starting at 12pm, and all day Saturday and Sunday: Wagon Rides, Barnyard Educational Exhibit, U-Pick Veggie Patch, Corn Maze, U-Pick Pumpkin Fields, Arts & Crafts, Festival Games, Farmer Golf, and the famous Pumpkin Cannon.**
Pumpkin Patch Nights on Friday, Saturday, and Siunday Nights – Tanaka Farms will light up the pumpkin patch at night until 9PM beginning October 4 thru October 27.
**They stop selling activity tickets one hour prior to closing. The U-Pick Veggie Patch and Pumpkin Cannon close at 6pm, last ticket sold at 5pm.
The Tanaka Grill will also be open serving up all your farm favorites with a Tanaka Twist! The Grill will be open:

Irvine Park Railroad Pumpkin Patch 2024 will open starting September 14 to October 31. Admission is free but there is an entrance fee at the gate for vehicles entering the park and activities are extra. Families can enjoy train rides, hayrides, bounce houses, face painting, panning for gold, John Deere racers, pumpkin ring ross, cookie decoration, carnival games, pumpkin decoration, food, and more. Free activities include a not too spooky haunted house, picture stands for photo ops, and hay maze.

Pa’s Pumpkin Patch 2024

Pa’s Pumpkin Patch is now on a new location in Lakewood versus Long Beach. Their opening date has yet to be announced but it will be open until October 31. Families can enjoy activities, games, rides, pony rides, a petting zoo, pumpkins, and all-around fun in our country fair atmosphere including a snack bar. Also enjoy a large variety of pumpkins to choose from, as well as haystacks, corn stalks, and gourds.
