Kids Free San Diego is back this October 2025 where kids can receive free admission to over 100+ San Diego attractions including theme parks, zoos, museums, tours, and eat free at restaurants, and stay free at hotels.
For the adults, you can buy discount tickets to visit the attraction to save even more. A specific ticket that is valid for Kids Free San Diego must be bought if you are buying a discounted ticket. We have all the details below.
Terms and Conditions of the Kids Free San Diego October promotion:
Kids Free San Diego is an annual promotion where kids can eat, play, and stay for free all month long with over 100+ San Diego attractions participating and only adults need to pay for admission tickets. The offer is organized by the San Diego Tourism Authority. Here are some terms and conditions to know:
- Both tourists and residents can take advantage of the annual San Diego Kids Free October offer.
- Some attractions like Legoland California and Birch Aquarium at Scripps require a reservation.
- There are age restrictions, some offers may apply to kids ages 10 and under while others are for 12 and under, make sure to read terms and condition of each attraction.
- Parking pass is not free unless it is free at the San Diego attraction you’re visiting.
- Some participating attractions will require only an adult ticket and the child can enter for free while other venues will need a printed voucher for the kids. Some also limit the number of kids the adults can bring for free in addition to age restrictions.
- Make sure to purchase eligible adult tickets, some attractions may require a full-price adult ticket while others allow discounted adult tickets (we will list them below).
- Bundle San Diego multi-attraction passes are not valid to avail of kids-free entrance like the Go City San Diego, Balboa Park Explorer Passes, and CityPASS.
- You don’t need to wait until October to get kids in for Free at some attractions. You can take advantage of the SeaWorld San Diego Kids Free offer and Legoland Kids Go Free 2025 offer all year long.

Legoland California Kids Free – Now through Dec. 25!
