Stay Overnight
Stay at either Legoland Hotel or Legoland Castle Hotel so you don’t need to drive back home after all the fun at Legoland Brick or Treat. It’s steps away from Legoland!
Our Past Brick or Treat Experience
We arrived at LEGOLAND at 930 AM, check-in at LEGOLAND Castle Hotel, and then entered the park for all-day fun. When we got a text from Legoland Castle Hotel that our room was ready, we walked back for a quick 1-hr break before heading back for the Brick or Treat event.
In previous years, after entering the Legoland gates, you will need to go through another line inside the park to claim your Brick or Treat bracelet. They will give you a treat bag and a Brick or Treat map so you can visit the treat stations to get your free candies. I’m not sure how it will be this year.
We visited every Trick or Treat Station for tons of candies, even got a LEGO Brick exclusive to the event, and got to go on rides with no lines as everyone was busy trick or treating.
When we were done, we bought pizza and salad from Pizza Mania inside LEGOLAND and brought it to our room at Castle Hotel to relax, dine, put our feet up, and just enjoy our room.
Is Legoland Brick or Treat Worth It?
From our personal experience, the annual Legoland California Brick or Treat Halloween party is totally worth it. We got to enjoy tons of Halloween-themed shows, take pictures with LEGO Monster characters, take part in a costume contest, and the kids’ favorite – treat or treating! This is also the best time to go on some rides where the lines will be shorter (maybe except for Dragon Coaster) as everyone is busy doing Halloween activities at the theme park. We do it almost yearly.
